Just read some of the complaints in this race and sex discrimination lawsuit against Paula Deen. I too have faced racial discrimination but nothing this obvious or this bad. On the other hand, if you get the wrong judge you won't win. This is why judges matter. It also seems that Paula Deen was just an old fashioned racist of the worst kind. Just read that brief. I think I read that Deen considers herself a democrat...really?
