The one thing I really hate about Obama's healthcare plan is the individual mandate. I don't even like mandatory auto insurance for cars. Its one reason I use car sharing. I don't have to buy auto insurance. Good news: this is just one of several lawsuits and not the lawsuit pursued by mostly republican attorney generals. In fact, the plaintiffs in this sixth circuit case were your usual right wing anti choice loons. If the mandate passes, then that would take picking winners and losers to a whole new level. For the first time, since watching the courts in the early 80s, I'm rooting for the republicans on this one. I can't ever recall doing that.
