The Goddess is Back Blogging

I thought she had stopped blogging she had been silent for so long. But she's back. And she has a very good perspective on whether the black community will get anything from the North Side casino or a new Penguins stadium. Nice tie in between what's happening in New Orleans and here in Pittsburgh. The scale is different but the intent seems to be the same.
